Fraud?

COMFORT FURNACE - The major importer now 'Living Well,LLC'formerly 'Comfort Living'of Brookfield Mo. - Manufactured by Wells Electronics, previously sold as Comfort Zone heaters. Now Wells and Living Well will not honor the 3 year warranty on the heaters to do repairs. Now they want me to buy their new heater, what makes me think they will not defraud the public further and change their company and product names again? And the owner is a member of the local chamber of commerce. Shame on you for treating your fellow Americans like this.

We purchased one of their upper end units, CF 1500 XP, which instead of the sale price of 349.00 was $449.00 with a one day sale only at Tractor Supply Company. The unit was purchased on November 14, 2009 and was only used for about 2 1/2 months. After the major cold snap was over and the garage no longer needed heating, we unplugged the unit and covered it to keep dust out. Last week, November 1, 2010, we plugged it in and the curcuit breaker blew. I flipped the breaker and tried it again only to have the same reaction. Thinking something was wrong with the breaker, I took it inside and plugged it in. The unit came on, I adjusted the temperature, and that is all it would allow me to do. So, I tried to turn the unit off and it would not turn off. After several attemepts to get the unit to turn off, the LED panel finally went out, but, the unit stayed on and continued heating for over three minutes. I unplugged it and the unit automatically came on and started heating ( infrared and blower), however, I did not have a control panel to do anything with. W
